Igueben NULGE Inaugurates Interim Executive Committee Members

The Igueben local government chapter of the executive committee of the National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) took another dimension as they inaugurated interim executive members Pharm (Dr.) Francis Odigie as the caretaker chairman of the union.
Presenting the new interim executive members to Hon. (Bldr) Dr. Josie Ogedegbe, executive chairman Igueben local government, Mr Ayegbeni said that in line with the directives of the newly elected state officials of union in accordance with union constitution has set aside the former executive committee which gave room for the constituting and inauguration of the interim executive committee led by Dr Francis Odigie as interim chairman pending state directive.
Responding, Hon. Josie Ogedegbe said haven read through the communique and seen the numbers of pended signatories of members it shows that it was a unanimous decision. Hon. Josie Ogedegbe appeal to the new interim executive members to help to maintain peace and orderliness amongst staff in the council pending the directives from the state. He also assured them of working directly in making sure all the plans and programs for staff are implemented.
In appreciation the new interim chairman Pharm Dr Francis Odigie thank the council boss for the acceptance and assured him of peace and unity in the local government during the transition period.
